How to Clean apache cache

How does apache cache clean up a website? after I convert the homepage to a static page, I redirect it to a static page. The result is the previous content (not updated ), even if the static page generated after I refresh is the latest, but the redirection is still the old data, I feel that the server cache is enabled.
