How to configure Rewrite in Apache!

How to configure Rewrite in Apache !~ Online !! I am using PHPNOW1.5.4 built-in Apache2.2. now I need to enable Rewrite. I have no idea what to ask, and I want to install a plug-in. the description is as follows: the first version. currently, only the level-2 directory is supported .. and it must be/stock/later for improved usage... this tutorial teaches Apache how to configure Rewrite! ~ Online !!

Usage...
Put this program in the/directory... and then forward all requests to this program through REWRITE...
Create the following directories and set the write permission finance mirror stock foreignMarket.
Apache REWRITER settings (assuming that this program is stored in the root directory of the website)

RewriteRule ^ stock/(. *) $/znz. php [L]
RewriteRule ^ finance/(. *) $/znz. php [L]
RewriteRule ^ mirror/(. *) $/znz. php [L]
RewriteRule ^ forignMarket/(. *) $/znz. php [L]

ZNZ. PHP is the main program ..
CONFIG. PHP is the configuration program
HEADER. TPL/FOOTER. TPL is the upper/lower template file.

The content in the template file () is an annotation. it must be deleted during actual use.
