How to get a free Windows Store developer account

Procedure:
 

 

1. First, log on to the MSDN Subscription website.

3. Click Go to the Windows Dev Center to Go to the Windows Development Center,

Select "I trust this PC. Use it to verify my account in the future". Enter your development machine name.

5. After the verification is completed, you can enter the account information page. On this page, developers are required to confirm their personal information. In addition, developers are allowed to create or link a developer service account.

7. Enter the registration fee information, enter the registration code applied for in step 1, and click "Update Total". The price is updated to 0.00, and click Next.
 

8. This step is the payment information filling page, so you do not need to capture the image here. You need to fill in the personal or team's credit card information accurately. Because the registration fee is 0, you don't have to worry about being deducted. After the payment information page is completed, the final purchase page is displayed.

9. On the purchase confirmation page, the registration fee is 0 and your personal account information is displayed. Click "Purchase" to continue the next step.

 

10. Click "Dashboard" after the purchase. The My apps information page is displayed, on which Apps can be uploaded to Windows Store.
