When I installed discuz on my win7 host, why is it blank after I entered the address on ie. The file In upload cannot be displayed, while the file in usersguide can be & nbsp; but after I copy the file in upload to the same directory as usersguide, all files cannot be displayed. Install discuz

The file In upload cannot be displayed, but the file in usersguide can be displayed.
