1, direct yum install Nginx not, to first deal with the following source:

RPM-IVH http://nginx.org/packages/centos/6/noarch/RPMS/nginx-release-centos-6-0.el6.ngx.noarch.rpm

2. View the Source:

Yum Info nginx

You will be prompted to install the package
