JProfiler installation and use on Linux

The JProfiler tool was used during the test several months ago. Although I had some experiences, I kept it in my mind. I also gave my colleagues an entry-level training course, but I was unable to sort it out. Later I wrote it in a hurry with the help of others.

Preface:

The latest version of JProfiler is 5.1.4. 5.1.2 has been used before, but JProfiler is found to be faulty (mainly due to memory leakage). Therefore, the stable version 4.3.2 is used in actual tests.

Environment Introduction:

Server:

Operating System: linux ubuntu

Application Server: jboss-4.0.5GA

Java Virtual Machine version: 1.6.0 _ 02

Jprofiler version: jprofiler_linux_4_3_2.tar.gz

Client:

Operating System: Windows Xp SP2

JProfiler4.3.2 for windows (installation package: jprofiler_windows_4.3.2.zip)

Installation:

Windows installation:

It is good to install all the files in windows by default.

Server installation:

1. Run jprofiler cp on the server.

2. If the installation package is. rpm, run apt-get install rpm first;

3. Install jprofiler: rpm-ivh jprofiler_linux_4_3_2.rpm

4. If the installation package is. sh, run the command directly (silence is also used for installation without a graphical interface, as prompted)
