Role: Lists file information in a directory or directory

Common parameters:

-A lists all files

-l list File details

The meaning of the first character (-Indicates a binary file, D represents a directory, L represents a soft link)

-h Displays the file size in the most appropriate unit

-D View directory information, ignoring files in directory

-I view the inode of a file
