Linux (CentOS) system installation for virtual machines

I. Installing the virtual machine: VirtualBox
1. Software Download: https://www.virtualbox.org/
2. Click Next to complete the installation

1. Official website: https://www.centos.org/
Click: Get CentOS now download: Minimal ISO

2. Open VirtualBox software and click New
Settings: Name Type version

3. Complete the above settings and click Next
Settings: Memory size, recommended 1G

4. Then all the way next, know the settings file location and size
Location: Click on the Right folder, select a safe, enough space for the directory
Size: not less than 10G recommended 20G

5. When the settings are complete, click Create. You can complete the installation

Three. Modify the CentOS3.8 system configuration
1. A virtual machine appears when the above operation is complete
2. Click the Settings button to set it up
Storage: Click on the first disc icon after the controller, select your image file (iOS) location
Network: Link send select Bridge network card
3. Click OK to

Four. Click Start when the above operation is complete
1. Select the default first startup mode
2. Our image is complete, skip verification Select Skip
3. Click Next to proceed to the next step, select Simplified Chinese and American English keyboard
4. Click Next, select: Default basic storage device
5. Click Next, select: Yes, ignore all data (Y)
6. Set host name: I set Linux
7. Click Next to select the default time zone (Asia, Shanghai)
8. Click Next to set the root password
9. Click Next and select Replace existing Linux system
10. Select the default settings and click Next
11. Then the store format, and then click to write the changes to disk
12. Click Next to wait for both

Description
1.VirtualBox installation and use may be wrong because the system is fhost (requires a clean installation)
2. The virtual machine is installed only 32 bits, because the BIOS may not be turned on virtual technology or hardware does not support
3. The page may not be fully displayed during installation and may be dragged to the right of the scroll bar
4.VirtualBox and physical machine (your computer) switch using Hotkeys (CTRL key on right)
5. After the installation is complete, click Reboot and the system starts automatically.
