sudo This command is intended to allow ordinary users, as well as root, to perform operations, and these ordinary users do not need to know the root password.

When Sudo executes the command, only need to enter their own password, let sudo know that you are this ordinary person, then you can do the operation with Root.

Of course, this needs to be configured with sudo, adding this ordinary user to the range allowed by sudo.
