Function: Displays the end of the file to the standard output (10 lines at the end of the default file)

tail [OPTION] ... FILE ...

[OPTION]

-N Displays the following n rows of the file

-c n Displays the latter n bytes of a file

-V Show file name (default single file not displayed, multiple files displayed)

    -Q hides the file name ( when multiple files are specified, the file name is preceded by the content)
