Linux Create new user error creating mailbox File:file exists

Oracle users need to be created when installing Oracle in a Linux environment, prompting for this error

Workaround 1:

Re-create Oracle User:

#userdel Oracle

Switch to/var/spool/mail

#rm-RF Oracle

Solution 2: Search the Internet for a lot of random

Address file mismatch by adding CP from root root to Oracle root directory

Cp/etc/skel/.bash_logout /home/oracle

CP/ETC/SKEL/.BASHRC /home/oracle

because I did not specify to create the directory when I created the user, so the default directory is this "/home/*"
