1. Use the SSH Remote Connection tool to log on to the system and view the disk status using the Fdisk-l command
Here you can see two hard drives hda and HDB, the first hard drive HDA is installed system. HDB hard drive is not partitioned
2, input fdisk/dev/hdb and then enter, to the hard disk partition. The following figure
3, Input n Enter the new partition, and then enter P return to new primary partition, as shown
4, this request to select the partition number in 1-4, input 1 back to the car
5, first cylinder (1-20805, default 1): Here is the column to set the start of the partition, direct return to select the default can be, enter the following figure
6, last cylinder or +size or +sizem or +sizek (1-20805, default 20805): This is where you set the end of the partition, and the +3g indicates that the end is 3G from the start cylinder and the partition size is 3G, enter + 3G back carriage, as shown in the following figure (if you use all direct return)
8, run MKFS.EXT3/DEV/HDB, the new partition format, with Fdisk-l to see if the partition is successful
9, mkdir/www in the root directory to create the WWW directory, mount/dev/hdb/www
10, set up automatic mount need to modify the/etc/fstab file
Vi/etc/fstab on the last line add/dev/hdb/www ext3 defaults 0 0 Save
Enter Df-h to see Mount condition
