Su or SU root: The words just turn the current identity to root, and the user shell does not change. So some system commands are not available.
Su-or su-l or su-l root can completely turn the current environment into the root environment. Just log in as root.
Second, the service path is/sbin/service
If the shell does not change, then the default in your path is no/sbin, so no, and if you change the SU-command environment to Root,path it contains/sbin
