Modify SSH default port in centos

1. modify the configuration file

Vim/etc/ssh/sshd_config

Modify the # port 22 line. Remove it. # modify the following port number, for example, port 2123.

Restart sshd service/etc/init. d/sshd restart

 

2. Modify firewall configurations

Vim/etc/sysconfig/iptables

You can modify the configuration by referring to the existing configuration, for example

-A input-M state -- state new-m tcp-p tcp -- dport 2123-J accept

Restart Firewall/etc/init. d/iptables restart
