Motorola smart ware Park is dedicated to building XOOM tablet applications

In response to the lack of XOOM tablet computer applications that the media has been paying attention to, at yesterday's MOTODEV application summit, Shen Bin, vice president of Motorola mobile technology and general manager of product management in Asia, said, currently, the smart ware Park has 200 software for tablets. More applications for XOOM tablets will be launched this year.

Early last year, Motorola launched its own App Store, smart ware Park, in China, in this way, Chinese consumers can conveniently and quickly find, purchase, and download various applications customized by Motorola Based on Android phones. In the world, Motorola only created its own app store in China and Latin America.

Shen Bin stressed at the Summit that in China, there was no Android app store dedicated to Chinese consumers, and no app store provided Chinese software. The application software provided by developers has no quality guarantee, and the payment method is also the crux of the problem.

Shen Bin Said That Motorola's ultimate goal is not to "make money" in the mobile app store, but to provide users with popular new mobile terminals and provide users with a better experience, it brings convenience to users.

In addition, Paul D. leeper revealed that in each region, Motorola has a dedicated person responsible for the development of the ecosystem to ensure that there are close contacts between staff and developers. Last year, Motorola had a staff member in Beijing. Now, Motorola has more than 10 staff members in development and ecosystem chain and has received support from global teams.

In addition, at yesterday's MOTODEV application summit, Motorola launched the China Virtual Developer Lab (Virtual Developer Lab) and published an application embedded in-app advertisement. The former is an online testing service designed to help developers simplify the application testing process on a variety of Motorola mobile devices, and the latter is an Amobee advertising service solution that generates revenue for developers.
