Oracle SQL developer Guide

Oracle SQL developer is a free Oracle database development tool with a graphical interface provided by Oracle. The function is similar to Toad and PL/SQL developer. The difference is that oralce SQL developer has the following advantages:

1. Completely free

2. Green. No installation required. Directly decompress the package.

2. does not rely on Oracle client. SQL developer comes with the TNS parsing function. Does not depend on the tnsnames. ora File

3. multi-platform support. Supports windows, Linux, UNIX, Mac OS, and other operating systems.

Disadvantages:

1. JDK environment is required.

2. High memory consumption.

Installation:

Decompress the downloaded ZIP file.

Configuration:

The JDK path is configured.
