As per documentation bug 7680459, the packageLibXp-1.0.0-8Is also required to invoke OUI successfully.

So, the libXp-1.0.0-8 package to install, otherwise, when running./runInstaller, the error will be reported:

This error may cause the graphical interface to crash and cause the installation of oracle software to fail.
