PHP features not in a document [from Osso]

Object-oriented Features in PHP support C + +:: operational symbol!!!

This characteristic document has no explanation, but it has very good use value.

To give a simple example:
For example, you used to have a lot of collections of libraries, you want to turn to OOP mode of programming, but not yet complete encapsulation. This feature provides you with an OOP style of implementation.

You define a Util class:

Class Util {
All the functions are edited here
This class can have no member functions
}

Then in the place where you originally used the function, such as someFunction (), modify it to:
Util::somefunction (). This is useful for you to encapsulate, but not to need any member functions.
