I use UTF-8 encoding in php.
The php version is 5.21
The server is a donesws server.
All Chinese fields read now are displayed on the page ?????, I can see that the data in the database is normal text.
Other numbers and letters can be properly displayed.
Does anyone know how to handle this situation?
Help solve the problem.
