PHP5.2.8 urgent release

PHP officially released 5.2.7 last week and updated it on the homepage. Today, this message was removed for a simple reason. A serious bug of magic_quotes_gpc was found in 5.2.7. so we released 5.2.8. of course, you may have just upgraded your website to 5.2.7, but I personally think this is a responsible attitude of PHP or open source. Compared to 5.2.7, there is only one repair below
