Phpmailer mail group solution

Phpmailer: use phpmailer & nbsp; to send emails to the contact group. & nbsp; besides the account password & nbsp; Server & nbsp; port number, are there any parameters to be configured? & nbsp; I use the command line telnet & nbsp; to directly send emails to the phpmailer contact group.

I can use the command line telnet to send emails to the contact list, but phpmailer can send emails to the contact list but cannot receive emails.
