On my local server, a prompt is displayed when I open the website. I cannot open any page,
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

500 error indicates an internal server error, which covers a wide range
1. the server cannot respond to all requests when the traffic volume is too large
2. when the php error prompt is blocked, display_error = Off. The page returns a fatal error, and the error 500 is displayed.
There are other possibilities. I will understand these two points.
