Precautions for using network management commands in centos

Centos 6.4x64 is always used in the gui environment. By default, eth0 is disabled when the network adapter is started. After logging on, you need to manually click "Activate, switch to the character interface and use ifup and network start to start the NIC. the following error occurs:Failed: This device is not active

Solution:

Disable the NetworkManager service

$ Service NetworkManager stop

If you want to take effect after the restart:

$ Chkconfig NetworkManager off

Then you can use:

Service network start

And

Ifup eth0

To activate the network
