Method/step

1. open photoshop, click "file --> New, or press ctrl + N" to create a new background canvas. for example, the file name can be named as needed, for example, the name of my file is "dynamic text Image". set the width and height of the canvas and click "OK.

3. click the text tool and add text to the image.

4. First, select the text color, click "straw tool" (red circle), and then click the "set foreground color" (red box) box below. In the pop-up "color picker" window, select the desired background color. I chose red and click OK.

8. click "window --> animation" on the top to bring up the animation and click the Copy button. for example, copy an animation frame.

9. adjust the playing time of the animation. for example, adjust the playing time of the first frame to 0.1 seconds and the playing time of the second frame to 0.2 seconds.

10. on the animation panel, select the first frame, and on the layer panel, select the "dynamic image Copy" layer, and set it to visible, set the "dynamic image" layer to invisible (remove the "eyes" above ).
