Ant support has been built in eclipse. Create a new build. xml file in the project. Double-click eclipse to open the edit file with anteditor. Right-click build. xml and run ant. In the displayed dialog box, you can set the call parameters, running directory, running target, class path, and attributes.
After the settings are complete, run. The output result is displayed in the output window, and the output result is linked to the editor. For example, for [delete] deleting 2 files from E:/Eclipse/workspace/testant, click [delete] to locate the corresponding Delete task in ant editor. After running it once, you can save the running settings in run> external tools, and then run it.
AntSet
There are many ant configuration parameters in WINDOW> preferences> ant.
One is "names", which specifies the XML file to be opened by ANT editor and the file to be opened by General XML editor. The default value is "build. xml", which can be set to names separated by commas, such as "build. xml" and "Dist. xml.
To use external tasks (see "ant advanced feature: use external tasks"), you need to set the classpath for ant runtime:
Use add jars or add folder to point to the dependent external class library.
