Scan the QR code on WeChat, jump to the webpage and start payment

Recently, I want to make a webpage and want to use the payment function. it generally means that the product has its own QR code, which contains a URL link and carries parameters in get mode. after scanning the QR code, I will jump to my webpage, then the payment function is called.
