1. Using the command mode

capture the entire screen : $ gnome-screenshot

After the screen is finished, we can set the custom picture storage location,

capture Current Terminal terminal : $ gnome-screenshot-w

capturing a custom range : $ gnome-screenshot-a

Use the-b parameter to remove the name of the terminal window status bar : $ gnome-screenshot-w-B

time delay using the-D parameter (only used when intercepting fullscreen): $ gnome-screenshot-d [n] (n is the number of seconds to custom delay)

Use the-e parameter to add an outline and a shadow to the truncated terminal window : (If the-e followed by boder to add an outer border, with shadow to add a shadow)

    • Add outer frame: $ gnome-screenshot-w-E border
    • Add Shadow: $ gnome-screenshot-w-E Shadow

2. Set the screenshot shortcut key

System->preferences->keyboard Shortcunts->add

Click Add to enter the name (custom), command (the shortcut), click Apply after completion, such as:

After completion such as: Check disabled, and directly hit your customized shortcut (for example: Ctrl+alt+a), shortcut keys are set up
