Smarty alert 403

Smarty tip 403 I set up a php environment in VirtualBox & nbsp; linux and then access http: // localhost/Smarty/web/config. php is normal, but I map the linux 80 to the actual 8080 on win8. I indicated 403 at http: // localhost smarty.
