Solution to time zone setting failure in php. ini

Php. in ini, the time zone setting is not successful. the current time is used when the project is written. The time stamp obtained by time () is converted by the date () function and the time difference is 6 hours, modify php. the INI file is as follows:

If no modification time is found, open httpd-conf and modify phptimezone as follows:
