Solve the problem that eth0 cannot be automatically activated when CentOS 6.7 is used to install the VM.

VMWare 1, 11.0

CentOS 6.7 minimal

Select the Bridge Mode for VMWare Nic Configuration

Problem:

By default, the ifconfig command only displays the network device lo, eth0, and no reasonable IP address is assigned.

Analysis:

Ifconfig-a shows eth0 and lo, indicating that eth0 still exists in the system, but it is not activated.

Solution:

Vi/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

Set ONBOOT = yes

Save ifcfg-eth0 Profile

Run service network reload

Run ifconfig to check whether the problem has been resolved.
