Summary of interview deficiencies
Today, I interviewed android and found many shortcomings. I would like to record them here as a motivation to spur myself to improve and encourage myself to learn.
Technical aspects:
(1) the basic knowledge of JAVA is improved, for example, the knowledge of ArrayList, sorted list, and vector in some common collection classes.
(2) knowledge about Java virtual machines needs to be improved, including memory recovery and Internal principles for creating JVM virtual machines.
(3) The knowledge of JAVA io needs to be improved, including the design and system of IO systems.
(4) frequently-used design patterns require more use, more skillful, and should be flexibly grasped if they are not used or used in design patterns.
(5) Currently, the android framework is only a simple understanding. The next step should be to improve the understanding of this layer based on the development process, so as to make simple modifications.
Interview skills etiquette:
(1) Pay attention to etiquette, so that you are not humble.
(2) be confident and dare to express your own opinions, even if this is wrong.
(3) bring a bottle of water; otherwise, if you say so many things, you should be thirsty.
No one can succeed at will. Only by focusing on accumulation can we better face any challenges!
How can I summarize my shortcomings during the interview?
As the number of interviews increases, the summary of their shortcomings is becoming more and more similar. Here I have summarized the four classic shortcomings.
1. Pursue Perfection too much
The improvement rate of this deficiency is almost the highest. The subject said that he was especially pursuing perfection, so that his colleagues and subordinates could not bear it and put pressure on others. In the future work, he should correct the cloud. Now, every time I hear this answer, I feel a vomit, let alone I feel too fond of being tried. The answer to this question is nothing more than praising yourself in disguise. This is often not the case for excellent subjects. Even if there are such deficiencies, we should try to avoid them even considering their delivery rate.
2. Impatient personality
At first glance, this deficiency seems to be a personal weakness, but I have to cry again after hearing the explanation. I am in a hurry and lead me to arrange my work. It could have been completed in three days. I want to finish it in one day. In future work, we should make corrections and boast of ourselves. I know you learned from other places, but the answer is really bad.
3. Insufficient learning by yourself
4. I don't pay much attention to my family life.
The subject said that he was a workaholic and worked overtime all day, delaying the time spent with his family and affecting his/her health and family life. In the end, I still don't forget to pay attention to it in my future work, but I can't do it for the sake of work.
According to the author's experience, anyone who makes such a similar answer is often those who have no idea, or who have weak analytical and thinking abilities, or who have certain analytical and thinking abilities, but a self-defeating person. As a frequent Examiner, I have long been familiar with these questions and can imagine the results. Talking about your shortcomings in front of the interviewer is indeed a challenging question. However, to answer this question, it means that the trainees did not learn their own ideas, but learned from other places. So it seems unrealistic.
