The Android 4.4 screen navigation key will be displayed by default

Even if the Android companies are not persuaded to abandon the physical navigation key design, Google seems to have decided to let Android devices get rid of the "obsession" of the capacitive navigation keys at least first. We know that Google pioneered the Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich version for the first time using a standardized screen navigation button (in fact, in a long forgotten version of the Honeycomb introduced such a design), which Google created a "Action Overflow Menu "(screen navigation menus, that is, the vertical three dots, as shown in the following figure) as an alternative to capacitive navigation keys.

Since then, the on-screen navigation menu has often had some uncoordinated effects on Android apps because the navigation keys could have been displayed inside the screen, and when the Android phone had a physical navigation key, the menu wouldn't show up. Unfortunately, depending on the coding of the application, navigation keys do not necessarily work in this way.

Now, with the advent of Android 4.4 KitKat, Google seems to be changing the embarrassing situation so that the on-screen navigation menu can always be displayed (that is, the mobile phone itself has the physical navigation key).

Clearly, Google's idea is to let companies that are still using physical buttons (such as Samsung) remove these physical keys as soon as possible (because they are redundant after the update), and as Android 4.4 pushes through the models, the Display menu button will reside.
