Three steps to configure the lamp environment (I) Compile and install Apache using centos

Although the configuration of the lamp environment is much simpler today, it is still difficult for some friends who are not familiar with the Linux system. Here I will record my configuration process, hope to help you.

This section describes how to compile and install Apache in centos:

1. Download Apache server httpd-2.2.26

Wget http://apache.fayea.com/apache-mirror//httpd/httpd-2.2.26.tar.gz

2. install necessary compilers such as gcc

Yum install Autoconf automake libtool make

3. Extract

Tar zxvf httpd-2.2.26.tar.gz

4. Configure

CD httpd-2.2.26

./Configure-Prefix =/usr/local/apache2-enable-so-enable-mod-shared = most

5. Make

6. make install
