1. when you press and hold the edge of the ruler to pull out, a drawing guides will be pulled out to help the drawing (precise positioning). Pressing del will disappear and select the line, press ctrl + L to rotate for 90 °.

2. When entering text on the graph, select a letter and press the 'ctrl + = 'key. The selected letter will change to a subscript.

Press 'ctrl + shift + = ', and the letter is changed to the upper mark.

3. Edit → move to. You can select different drawing pages.

4. View → scan and zoom windows. You can call up a window similar to a magnifier to view the global content and easily move it to the corresponding drawing area.

5. View → layer, similar to the layer settings in CAD, you can change the display format, line shape, and whether to print.

6. Select a graph, right-click the graph, and choose format> layer to place the graph into any layer.

7. if you want to send several images to a specified layer at a time, or the subsequent work is completed in a specified layer, you can select View> Layer Properties> click the activity tab of the layer to be applied, and the subsequent work will be completed on this layer.

8. You can call the Drawing toolbar to draw a rectangle, an elliptical shape, a straight line, an arc, or a spline. When you call the graphic button while holding down the Shift key, there will be a wonderful change. Rectangle → square, elliptical → circle, straight → horizontal, vertical or 45 ° line.

9. when drawing with the Drawing toolbar, after drawing a line, select another pattern, draw at the end of it, and finally connect all the lines first, A pattern is formed (similar to the existing pattern selected in the graphic window ). Method to Determine whether the image is closed: if the image is closed, the fill color is displayed inside the image.

10. After drawing a graph, don't forget to switch the mouse to the pointer tool. This is a good habit.

11. Right-click the toolbar and choose set shape format to modify the attributes of the image you just created. Including: transparency, layer, shadow (adding a stereoscopic effect), fill pattern and color.

12. hold down the Shift key and click multiple images (you can also select them with the left mouse button) to make multiple images a whole. Drag the check box to adjust the position of the graphic group at the same time, you can also fine-tune the direction keys on the keyboard, and the relative positions between the images remain unchanged.

13. Right-click the toolbar and choose action. The action toolbar appears. You can adjust the positions of the graphic groups. Note: When alignment mode is selected, the first selected image is used as the benchmark. Left alignment: align with the Left Border of the first image as the baseline. Right alignment: align with the right border of the first image as the baseline. Top alignment: align with the top border of the first image as the baseline. The bottom alignment is similar.

14. select multiple images in the box, right-click the image, and choose shape> combination. The multiple images selected in the box are converted into one combination. The next time you click the image, the entire image is changed to one, it cannot be modified separately. To cancel a combination, the command is the same: Right-click, select shape, and cancel the combination.

15. When the positions of the two images overlap, one image will be blocked. Then, select the image to be blocked: Right-click the image, and choose shape> place on the top. The image will be displayed and the other image will be blocked.

16. Align with guides-pull horizontal or vertical guides at the ruler, right-click on the toolbar, select align and adhesion, and choose attach to reference line on the toolbar. When a drawing is dragged close to the guides, a large red box is displayed, locking the position of the drawing.

17. dynamic Link of a graph -- select [connection line tool]. When the pointer is near the graph connection point, a small red box is displayed. Click the small red box to connect the two graphs, known as the static connection of the graph; if the pointer is moved to the graph, a large red box surrounding the entire graph appears. Click the large red box to connect the two graphs, which are called dynamic connections of the graph. The difference between the two is that the graph is statically connected, and the graph is centered around B. No matter how it is rotated, the position of the connection point on B's graph remains unchanged. If the graph is dynamically connected, A is centered around B. The position of the connection point on B is moved on B based on the relative position of the two.

18. Add a connection point. Click the black drop-down arrow next to [connection line tool] on the [common] toolbar and select [connection point tool]. Click the image for which you want to add a connection point, hold down the Ctrl key, and click the image to add a connection point on the image.

19. delete A connection point -- same as adding a connection point, select the [connection point tool], click the connection point on the graph to make it pink, and then press the Delete key to Delete the unwanted connection point.

20. Modify the sensitivity of the alignment and adhesion toolbar. Choose tools> alignment and adhesion> advanced on the menu bar and adjust the alignment intensity.

21. merge images-fold several images and select [shape] → [operation] → [Union] on the menu bar. Then, all the images will be combined into a new image, the shape of the original image disappears.

22. image segmentation-draw any image and draw a curve that passes through it. Select [shape]> [operation]> [split] on the menu bar, the graph is split into two independent graphs by this curve. Using this command, you can create many interesting images.

23. intersection Processing of graphics-two images stacked together, select [shape] → [operation] → [intersection] on the menu bar, then the intersection of the two images will be retained, the non-Intersecting part disappears.

24. image pruning-two images are stacked together, press Shift, and select two images in sequence, and select [shape] → [operation] → [CUT] on the menu bar, the selected image is used as the cropped image. After the selected image is cropped, the selected image disappears.

25. set the image protection-click the image you want to protect, right-click the image, and choose "shape"> "protection". There are many option options on the tab. If the option is checked, the corresponding content will be protected, it cannot be changed.

26. Add text outside the graphic-click the [text tool] command on the [common] toolbar and drag a text area in any area outside the graphic with the left mouse button to write the text.

27. Add text on the connection line-double-click the left mouse button on the connection line to add text. After adding the text, press and hold the yellow diamond in the middle of the text to drag and drop the text.

28. The search bar of the search shape is very useful. You can find images of the same type and different styles in it. For example, if you search for 'connector ', there will be hundreds of connectors of different styles, so you may not be satisfied with the images in the options in the future. You may search in the search box, there may be unexpected surprises!

Appendix:

1. When drawing a picture in Visio, a cross-line sign is always displayed by default when two straight lines are crossed. It is very uncomfortable to remove the line. Method: select the line, choose "format"> "behavior"> "connection line"> "cross-line"> "add"> "never.

2. Add a connection point. There is a drop-down button next to the connection line button. Select the cross symbol, that is, the connection point command. Select the frame to be added and press ctrl + to add the connection point.

3. Adsorption of connection lines and objects. To facilitate later modification and adjustment, the connection line must be adsorpted with the object it connects to. Otherwise, you will be waiting to cry during later adjustment! The adsorption operation is very simple. You only need to drag the connection line with the left mouse button to the object to be adsorption, and you can see a radiant red dot flashing gently, it indicates that the connection line has been successfully adsorpted with the object, drag the object and try again. Is the connection line moving with the object?

4. Add text on the connection line. Very easy! Click the left mouse button on the line to add text!

5. Adjust the canvas size. Hold down Ctrl, place the mouse on the edge of the canvas, and drag it.

In fact, there are some other useful tips. I will not detail them here. I will update them later.
