Upgrade wdcp to php5.3 in centos

Note: After the upgrade, Zend Optimizer is not supported and will be incompatible with the previous program. You need to confirm that the program must use 5.3 for execution (a large amount of compilation is required for execution, generally, the installation can be completed within half an hour-one hour)

The website enables the rewrite function for the default website.
