2. add your imagemagick installation path to the path of the system environment variable. my tasks are C:/program files/imagemagick/
3. write the following code in php to operate your GIF image.

exec($cmd);

MSVCR100.DLL is the C runtime library of VS2010.
PHP seems to only have VC6 and VC9 (VS2008 MSVCR90.DLL) versions, so it is normal to reference MSVCR100.DLL for errors.

You can install PECL first, and then use pecl install imagick to install the library.
