Wampserver Installation Problems

Wampserver3.0 is installed in win7. After the installation is complete, the icon in the status bar is green, but the right-click and left-click icons do not bring up the menu, showing serveroffline. Supplement: If wampserver2.5 is installed, there is no problem. Is it version 3.0?
