Word cloud: Fix pip Install wordcloud error "Error:command ' X86_64-LINUX-GNU-GCC ' failed with exit status 1" issue

External environment: ubuntu16.04, 64bits, Global environment python2.7

Installation failed when performing pip install wordcloud in Virtual Environment (python3.5), error:

' X86_64-LINUX-GNU-GCC ' 1    ----------------------------------------  for  wordcloud  for wordcloudfailed to build Wordcloud

Solution: Execute the sudo apt-get install Python3-dev in the external environment and re-pip the install in the virtual environment Wordcloud can be.
