web services Apache CXF tomcat 7（windows server） Undeploy fail

　　tomcat 卸載失敗我這個是因為jaxb-impl.jar 這個包，java 7 裡面有，但是cxf其他的工具會用到它，不得不加入進工程，

tomcat undeploy fail,我發現一般在 windows server 下，就是windows 版本的tomcat,才會有，剛發布時可能不會遇到，但是

當運行一段時間，如1天后，在卸載，就會出現卸載失敗，解決方案，修改$(tomcat.basedir)/cong/context.xml

Context 增加2個參數，如上面紅色標註的，OK，以後便可以無憂卸載了！
