Access restriction: The type 'application' is not API (restriction on required library 'C: \ Program Files \ Java \ jre1.8.0 _ 111 \ lib \ ext \ jfxrt. jar ')

Solution:
Project-> Properties-> libraries,
Remove the JRE System Library and Add the Library again.
