The courier must have a device A with the following features:

Courier company's device B: has the following functions

1: Receive notifications from A or B.

1: Receive notifications from A or C

2: Contact C directly if necessary.

 

The whole process is like this.

When the distance is 500 meters, send a confirmation message to C again and the message will be sent immediately. A continues to move. When the distance is 50 meters, send a confirmation message to C again, and the parcel has arrived downstairs.

This is a more complex process.
