Baidu When configuring Java environment variables in Ubuntu, after using sudo gedit/etc/profile to prifle edit,

Enter in terminal

sudo source/etc/profile, command not found appears in order for the profile file to change successfully.

is because the user permissions are not enough, although the ordinary user has been using sudo to get the permission (here is not very understanding why, is also Baidu out of the answer, such as wrong, please correct me!) )。

Input Sudo-s

Input Source/etc/profile

At this point, you can see the Java version number by entering Java-version, which means that the environment is configured successfully.

But note: Only this thread can see the Java version, but also need to restart the computer, it is used together.
