Install the JDK first, configure the environment variables, and open the installed EditPlus.
1, menu, configure user tools.
2. In the left "category", select "User Tool".
3. In the right "groups and tools", select "tool Group 1".
4. Then select "group name" on the right to "compile Java program" in the box.
5. On the right, select "Add Tool" in the application.
6, in the "menu text" write "JAVAC", Command: JAVAC in "Parameters" write "$ (FileName)", in the "Initial directory" write "$ (filedir)", in the "action" select "Capture Output" (so the program will run results in the EditPlus output box.) )
7, in the "menu text" Write "Java", the command to write Java in "parameters" write "$ (filenamenoext)" (Do not display the extension), in the "Initial directory" write "$ (filedir)", in the "action" select "Capture Output" (This will result in the EditPlus output box.) )
8, the runtime "tool"->javac compile, point "tool"->java run, shortcut keys are: ctrl+1,ctrl+2
!!! Tip, if you encounter the scanner class in your program, change the Java action in step 7 to "None" and the Run box appears.
