A few days ago a database instance was created successfully and can be started in sqlplus, but it is not possible to login in the Admin control tool. Today I tried to solve this problem, the result is still successful, the solution is as follows:
1, modify [Oraclehome]/network/admin/tnsnames.ora file, add a service name in it, do not write with CTRL + C and CTRL + + then modify the relevant service name.
2, modify [Oraclehome]/network/admin/listener.ora file, also use the same method to add a listening service name.
3, then delete the previously unsuccessful database in the console, choose to add a database, add it from the Tnsnames.ora file, and select the database you just added.
4, select the database you added, and enter your username/password.
