Operating Environment: Install the test on your own laptop (WIN10)

Operating system version: 64-bit win8.1

Oracle version: 64-bit Oracle 11g

After installing Oracle successfully//log in as Administrator to Oracle

Enter the command in CMD sqlplus/as sysdba

Then error error:ora-01031 Insufficient privileges

Workaround:

In general, check whether the logged-on user of the operating system is included in the ORA_DBA group.

Local Users and Groups->ORA_DBA group, System Tools, Computer Management, management tools, Control Panel.

If there are no system logins in the ORA_DBA group, add them.

But my OS version is not--local users and groups--this option is added in a different way: find Oradba.exe running in the Oracle installation directory

(My directory is D:\Oracle\product\10.2.0\db_3\database)

There is also the use of DOS commands to add system users to the ORA_DBA user group

1. Use the command to view the current system User: NET User

This is all the users in the current system.

2. View user groups

NET localgroup– View user group;

3. View the specific users under the ORA_DBA user group:

net localgroup ora_dba;

There is no first step to find the native administrator user.

4. Add the native administrator user to the ORA_DBA user group:

net localgroup ora_dba Administrator/add;
You can also add a user group under the group
net localgroup ora_dba Administratos/add;

At this point, the successful execution of "Sqlplus/as sysdba"
