1. Download eclipse
Go to the eclipse official website (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/eclipse-packages/) to download the required eclipse version:
Select the version that matches your computer. Check the specific method (win7 is used as an example ):

Tip: 64-bit systems are compatible with 32-bit systems, so 64-bit systems can download 32-bit or 64-bit systems.
Select a version and click to enter the page.

2. Install eclipse
After the download is complete, you do not need to download jdk or anything. Click to run the exe file.
Because jdk is not configured, you can directly jump out of a webpage after clicking install. You need to download jdk
There are two versions: 1.7 and 1.8. Select the version you want to download. You only need to download jdk.
