Java applet signature and authentication--general process and my questions

The authentication and signature of applets in Java are really troublesome.
Java.sun.com's tutorial is a useful example of Apple writing a file locally:
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/security1.2/tour1/
But it can only be seen with Appletviewer:
Appletviewer http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/security1.2/tour1/example-1dot2/WriteFile.html
Also, with the help of [a fee], find examples of your applets that can be viewed with IE or nescape:

The approximate process is as follows:
Server side:
1.
Compile the Java classes-write applets and compile them.
Javac *.class
2. Place the class, files in a JAR file--Package:
Jar CVF Yourjarname.jar Yourdir/*.class
1). Create a Keystore and Keys for signing the JAR file
Keytool
