2. Use

The grep command in a Linux system is a powerful text search tool. This command is a global lookup regular expression and prints command line commands. grep consists of two egrep and grep.

grep [Options] File

3. Main parameters (Common)

-E If this option is added, the extended regular is supported. Equivalent to Egrep.

-I ignores case when comparing characters.

-W Exact Lookup

-V Take reverse

-C Statistics match the number of result rows.

-m matches only the specified number of rows, and then the content is not matched.

-N Displays line number when output
