User Management

User management mainly defines and sets users.

Tip: admin can manage all user data, and non-admin can manage users under its own organization.

1. Add a user

Click "add" in the left-side navigation pane.

Enter relevant properties and click "save.

Tip:

1) You can belong to multiple departments at the same time.

2) You can grant multiple roles at the same time.

2. edit a user

Select the user to be edited and click the edit button below, for example, "test ".

Note: Only one user can be selected for editing.

Enter relevant attributes and click "OK.

3. user authorization

Authorize a user to Manage Roles that this user can use.

Select the user to be authorized and click the authorization button below, such as "test ".

Note: Only one user can be selected for authorization.

Select or deselect the role and click "OK.

4. User-Enabled

Click User Management from the left-side menu to go to the user management list. Select the user to be enabled and click the Enable button below, as shown in "test ".

Tip: You can select multiple users to enable them at the same time.

Select the user to be enabled and click "enable.

5. disabled by the user

Click User Management from the Management menu on the left to go to the user management list. Select the user to be disabled and click the disable button below, as shown in "test ".

Tip: You can select multiple users to disable them at the same time.

Select the target user and click "Disable.

6. Reset the password.

Click User Management from the left-side menu to go to the user management list. Select the user whose password needs to be reset and click the Reset Password button below, as shown in "test ".

Tip: You can select multiple users to reset the password at the same time.

Select the user whose password needs to be reset and click "Reset Password.

Enter a new password and click "OK.

7. delete a user

Click User Management from the Management menu on the left to go to the user management list. Select the user to be deleted and click the delete button below, as shown in "test ".

Tip: You can delete multiple users at the same time.

Click "delete ".

To prevent user misoperation, the system prompts the user to confirm and click "OK" to complete the deletion operation.
