[Oracle] do not install the Oracle client to connect to the Oracle server using PL/SQL

Supports running OCI, occi, JDBC, JDBC-OCI files, support for multiple languages.
Basic Lite is a basic Lite version that only contains English Error Descriptions and only supports Unicode, ASCII, and European character sets.
Therefore, if the database server is a Chinese character set (such as simplified chinese_china.zhs16gbk), you must download the basic version.

1. Download and decompress the package to any directory. For example, X: \ instantclient_10_2

2. Configure Environment Variables

1) variable name: ORACLE_HOME
Variable value: X: \ instantclient_10_2
2) variable name: tns_admin
Variable value: X: \ instantclient_10_2
3) variable name: nls_lang
Variable value: Simplified chinese_china.zhs16gbk(Set the character set, otherwise it will look garbled)
4) modify the PATH variable and add X: \ instantclient_10_2.

3. create a text file named tnsnames in X: \ instantclient_10_2. add your own database alias configuration to the file, or copy tnsnames to another computer. ora, modify the content (host = Server IP ).

4. Open PL/SQL and enter the account and password to log on.

Uninstall method:

1. Delete and restore the configured environment variables.

2. Delete the X: \ instantclient_10_2 folder.
